Mother and Daddy are trying to recuperate. LOL
Joesph was born on Thursday Sept 7th at 7:28pm. Early that morning labor was induced and 12 1/2 hours later he was here. He weighted 9 pounds and was 20 1/2 inches long.
Welcome to the family big guy.

Bo and Rosey
Here's Rosey posing for her picture. She's a six-year-old Standard Pearl cockatiel. She is extremely small for a cockatiel.
Their door is open all day most days except those days when I need to keep them out of something I'm doing.
Believe it or not they follow me around like kids.
Rosey loves to watch me cooking in the kitchen and Bo took that saying "Wither thou goest" to heart.
I have to be real careful I don't step on them at times, because they are just out for a walk.
This is two-year-old Bo looking up at Rosey.
Poor guy was pinioned when he was a baby by a previous owner, so he can't fly well; he does a rather gracefull fall. God love him, he tries so hard.
Bo is yellow and white specially bred cockatiel from the basic Pearl.
He's not to crazy about her being over his head.
Wonder if it's like us worrying about Seagull's flying overhead???

Still My Heroin! Aunt Ann
My Aunt Ann has been my heroin for years and she's still living up to the challenge.
I just received a newspaper clipping and accompanying letter from her. She's 89 years young. Yes young! AND
She's in a wheelchair no longer capable of running, walking or using her legs for much but a lap.
Does that get her down? No!

Her show is at the Brooks County Price-Campbell Foundation Gallery Lowndes/Valdosta Arts Commission Gallery. Annette Howell Turner Center for the Arts, 527 N Patterson St. Free Admission 10 - 6 Tues - Thurs; 10 - 4 Fridays and Saturdays; 1-4 Sundays.
That is totally awesome! I'm so proud of her.
This lady was and still is a ball of fun spitfire; soft spoken yet ready for orneriness at the drop of a hat. She's a deeply devoted Christian whose paintings reflect her inner peace. She's a country girl that lets the love of nature flow freely into her art. She's a wonder with critters. Must be the training of learning muscles and structure from her hair dressing training days; I don't know what it is really but she's good.
Good Onya Aunt Ann. Keep on slinging those oils!
