Crochet White Owl
Here's my funky white owl. I messed up his face when I posed him. LOL It makes him look like he has a mouce in his jaw. LOL
I didn't take a picture of the back, but he has a tail with some feathers on it.
The feet were fun to make. This looks like he's doing a tap dance or something.
Don't mind me, I've got a great imagination. Maybe that's why the kids love these things.
My grandson James has already put dibs on this to go with his collection of Gramm's toys he's saving for his some-day-kids.
Bless his heart. I don't quite know how to take that. Am I not expected to still be alive and able to crochet by the time he ever has a kid?
Oh well, I know he loves his Gramma's wild emagination toys, because he has darned near one of everything I've ever made. LOL You should see his hat collection. I got it..... he's just a pack rat.

Newest Crochet Updates
Remember this guy... he's finished now. I attached his muzzle and nose. Now he looks more like a hound dog pup.
The nose was tricky. I had to cover a piece of metal and sew yarn all over it. It turned out pretty good for a from-scratcher if I do say so myself. LOL
Here's my pair of clog slippers. I can't crochet them fast enough to supply the demand, so I just took shots of my slippers so you could see them. People are nuts over these things.
Gee, you think I should start selling them? LOL

More Crochet Artwork
I like making this kind of stuff for little kids. They get such a big kick out of them.
Mom's and grandma's like them too. LOL Go figure!
Scarves and hats aren't as much fun to make but I don't turn down the money for them either.
I'll have to take some pictures of the clogs I've been making. There's almost a new craze starting in one of the local schools; wearing clogs (slipper not leather) to school in place of shoes. The kids say they are more comfortable and keep their feet warm in class. (A side benefit is they can slide in the halls between classes too. LOL)

Are Women Flawed?
This is amazing for boosting woman’s spirits; I had to pass it on. Valentines day is coming gentlemen; you might want to remember these things.
One Flaw In Women
Women have strengths that amaze men.
We bear hardships and carry burdens, but hold happiness, love and joy.
We smile when they want to scream, and sing when we want to cry.
We cry when they are happy and laugh when we’re nervous.
We fight for what we believe in, and stand up to injustice.
We don't take "no" for an answer when we believe there is a better solution.
We go without so their family can have.
We’ll go to the doctor with a frightened friend, and love unconditionally.
We cry when our children excel and cheer when friends get awards.
We are happy when we hear about a births or weddings.
Our hearts break when a friend dies, and grieves at the loss of a family member, yet we’re strong when we think there’s no strength left.
We know that a hug and a kiss can heal a broken heart.
We women come in all shapes, sizes and colors.
We'll drive, fly, walk, run or e-mail you to show how much we care about you.
The heart of a woman is what makes the world keep turning; because we bring joy, hope and love.
We have compassion and ideas, and give moral support to our families and friends.
We have vital things to say and everything to give.
However! If there is a flaw in women, it is this….
We often forget our own worth.
